Requirements for a Pharmacy Technician Registration

  • The applicant must be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.;
  • The applicant must be of good moral character;
  • Beginning March 1, 2004, the applicant must complete a criminal background check;
  • A completed application for registration and payment of the appropriate fees.
